The story of TENSHIN INTERNATIONAL is one of long-term growth across education, real estate, building materials, and regenerative medicine. From our beginnings in Osaka in 2007 to our official rebranding as TENSHIN INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD. in 2026, we have remained guided by one core belief: connecting wealth, health, and the future. Today, we serve Chinese-speaking communities worldwide while continuing to expand across international markets.

2019
Launch of the Senbonzakura Hospitality Brand
Launched the Senbonzakura hospitality brand in Japan, specializing in premium vacation rental operations, property management, and brand development.
2021
Senbonzakura International Investment Co., Ltd. Founded
Established Senbonzakura International Investment Co., Ltd. in China, expanding our investment consulting services in the domestic market.
2022
Ken Global Co., Ltd. Founded
Established Ken Global Co., Ltd. with a capital investment of JPY 10 million, marking a further expansion of the Group’s Japanese real estate investment business.
2007
Kousien Co., Ltd. Founded
Established Kousien Co., Ltd. with a capital investment of JPY 10 million at the Osaka Ekimae Building, one of Osaka’s premier business districts.
The company provides a comprehensive range of services, including language education, instructor dispatch, corporate training, business negotiation support, simultaneous interpretation, interpretation and translation, as well as study abroad, immigration, and investment consulting.
2021
Bao Global Co., Ltd. Founded
Established Bao Global Co., Ltd. with a capital investment of JPY 10 million following the spin-off of our Investment Consulting Division. Expanded services to high-net-worth clients worldwide, providing integrated solutions in real estate investment, immigration, education, and consulting.
2021
NILUN Building Materials Brand Launched
Launched the patented NILUN brand of Japanese building materials for real estate and construction applications. Established authorized dealerships across major markets including Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka, and Hokkaido, while expanding global sales and interior installation services.
2024
TENSHIN INTERNATIONAL Regenerative Medicine
Launched our international regenerative medicine consulting services, officially expanding into the fields of advanced healthcare and regenerative medicine.
2026
Rebranded as TENSHIN INTERNATIONAL Co., Ltd.
Officially rebranded as TENSHIN INTERNATIONAL Co., Ltd., embracing a broader global vision for Taiwan, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, and other international markets.
By integrating real estate, healthcare, regenerative medicine, and long-term family advisory services, we are committed to connecting wealth, wellness, and the future.

Yulun Chang
Born in Taiwan | Master’s Degree, Kobe University
I was born in Taiwan and completed my master’s degree at Kobe University in Japan. Years of living and doing business in Japan have given me a deep understanding of the differences in culture, business thinking, and market environments between Japan and overseas. I believe that lasting business value is built on “Trust” and “Connection.”
In today’s globalized world, capital, talent, technology, and business opportunities are no longer limited by borders. Yet the real challenge in crossing markets is not information itself, but finding people you can trust and connecting the right resources effectively.
Through our business, we aim to build a platform that connects Japan with the world.
Rather than focusing on a single product or service, we start from our clients’ long-term needs, connecting professional resources in Japanese real estate, asset planning, advanced technology, corporate partnerships, and cross-border business to create choices with lasting value.
As a Taiwanese entrepreneur who has studied, lived, and built businesses in Japan, I hope to use my experience across languages, cultures, and markets to become a trusted bridge between Japan and the world.
