Construction Process (5 Steps)
1｜Consultation & Site Inspection
Ⅰ.We confirm the intended use (personal residence, rental, or vacation rental), budget, and schedule, then inspect the property’s condition, piping, and building regulations on site.
2｜Proposal & Quotation
Ⅱ.We provide the scope of work, material options, and a detailed quotation, including items that can be omitted and areas where additional work is recommended.
3｜Contract & Project Preparation
Ⅲ.We finalize the schedule, payment terms, and warranty details, and handle any required applications and notices to neighbors.
4｜Construction & Progress Updates
Ⅳ.The site supervisor coordinates all trades and provides regular updates with photos and videos. Any changes are confirmed in advance before work proceeds.
5｜Final Inspection & Handover
Ⅴ.We inspect each item together with the client or their representative, make any necessary corrections, and complete the handover. Warranty details and ongoing maintenance recommendations are also provided.

Our quotations are fully itemized, clearly showing the scope of work, materials, and quantities. We do not hide costs under vague lump-sum descriptions.
If additional work becomes necessary during construction, we explain the reason and cost in advance and proceed only after receiving the client’s approval.
After completion, a warranty period is provided according to the type of work. If any defect caused by construction quality occurs during the warranty period, we will take responsibility for correcting it.
For procedures related to real estate ownership transfers and company establishment, we coordinate with qualified professionals, including Chairman Tani of the Osaka Judicial Scriveners Association.
